Founder/Executive Director

Ryan Nigel Shelton founded K. Nyumbani with the vision and drive to improve upon our communities by providing a pathway for formerly incarcerated and at-risk youth to turn their life around. After spending time in a boy's group home in Los Angeles during adolescence and personal experiences dealing with the affects incarceration. Ryan made a commitment to changing not only his life, but the lives of others as well. Through his Non-profit K. Nyumbani Ryan is devoted to developing positive career pathways for formerly incarcerated youth.
