As Development Director, Caleb has played a vital role in the progression of organization. Since the founding of K. Nyumbani, he has played a key role in the decision making process regarding the financial and infrastructural development of the organization. Caleb’s dedication and commitment to advancement of the organization’s mission of reducing recidivism comes from personal experiences. Caleb’s personal connection to the organization’s mission has allowed him to connect with our participants in a unique and meaningful way.
